Specializing in Individualized Counselling and Clinical Supervision
Individual counselling is a therapeutic process where a trained counsellor works one-on-one with a client to explore personal challenges, emotions, and goals. Through empathetic listening, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques, counsellors help clients gain insight, cope with difficulties, and make positive changes in their lives. Sessions typically focus on addressing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship problems, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and improved mental well-being.
